Quality Assurance

ASI’s Quality Assurance Department provides a Total Quality Management program for customer satisfaction that incorporates quality policies and procedures, technical support with leadership and assistance in evaluation, training, and continuous improvement.

ASI fully supports the quality standards established for the aircraft parts distribution industry. Our understanding of, and adherence to, industry requirements is reflected by our accreditation by the Defense Contracts Administrative Services/Defense Logistics Agency (DCAS/DLA) through the Department of Defense.

Aeronautical Systems has repeatedly been recognized for its consistently high quality products and complete quality program. As a government supplier, ASI has had product inspections by U.S. Government Quality Assurance Representatives (QAR). We are Compliant to Military Standard requirements and NATO - AQAP-2130 requirements, and can comply with most European Union Standards(EU). DCAS inspection is provided at no additional charge.

As a respected member of the global aerospace community, ASI is actively involved in key organizations and the the most rigorous, up-to-date quality certifications. ASI belongs to the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA) and proudly accredited by the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB). ASI is also an ISO certified company with ASQ certified engineers.

ASI is able to comply with any U.S. Military Specification, NATO Specification, and European Union (EU) Standard. DCAS inspection is provided at no additional charge.

Furthering ASI’s commitment to uncompromising quality, ASI’s engineers have been tested and received certification by the American Society of Quality, a professional organization dedicated to improving quality standards.
