ASI Supports President Obama’s National Export Initiative
As a leading Northern Virginia business with an international focus, Aeronautical Systems Inc is a strong supporter of President Obama’s National Export Initiative.
On Tuesday 11 May 2010, ASI was invited to participate in a Town Hall meeting to discuss the Initiative with US Secretary of Commerce, Gary Locke, and local Congressman Frank Wolf. The President’s initiative aims to create more than 2 million jobs over the next 5 years by doubling the amount of exports from the US. ASI, whose overseas business has grown significantly in recent years, is playing a part in turning those aims into reality.
ASI works closely with the US Dept of Commerce in all their overseas markets. “The advice and guidance of US Commercial Service professionals, based in the US and abroad, has been a major factor in the companies’ success in building strong relationships with customers” said ASI CEO Phil Rodriguez.
